New Jersey Internet Gaming Win was $14.7 million in February, compared to $10.4 million in February 2015, reflecting an increase of 41.8 percent, according to figures released this week by Garden State gaming regulators.
Borgata led the way with roughly $4.2 million of the total online gaming revenue, followed by the Golden Nugget with $3.1 million, Tropicana with $3.1 million, Caesars Interactive NJ with $3 million and Resorts Digital with $1.3 million.
Resorts is the partner of PokerStars, which kicked off its soft launch Wednesday.
Peer-to-peer online poker revenue in February was just under $2 million, down 2.5 percent from the $2.05 million raked during the same month last year.
The poker performance means that house-banked casino games were up more than 50 percent year-over-year. PokerStars is expected to have a full slate of casino games in addition to poker.
Since launching in late 2013, New Jersey’s online casinos have won roughly $310 million.
