Macau Surpasses Las Vegas as Wynn Opens Casino, May Move BaseNO Deposit bonus $43

The potential move of the Wynn Resorts casino headquarters from Las Vegas to Macau may cement the Asian gambling region because the world's gaming capitol.

Play Now at Rome Casino Steve Wynn announced today at ceremonies for the hole of the Encore Macau casino that he plans a 3rd casino within the gambling mecca and will relocate his company's headquarters there. Wynn Resorts has two operations currently in Macau, the Wynn Macau and the recently finished Encore.

Wynn is usually given credit because the man who revitalized Las Vegas, and his shift in focus from the Nevada gaming capital to Macau could be the final signal that Las Vegas' days because the world's center for gambling are over. Wynn led Vegas throughout the last two decades by popularizing themed hotels and sumptuous destination resorts, but even his Vegas investments have developed an Asian lean as Wynn has courted Asian tourists to the Wynn Las Vegas.

Wynn Resorts relies on its single Macau casino for 60 percent of the company's revenue. With the outlet of the Encore in Macau, expectations are that number will rise even higher.

Wynn told reporters covering the Encore celebration that the brand new casino is supposed to appeal as a boutique hotel, drawing high rollers that want a selective, upscale environment. The planned project can be much bigger, competing with the world's largest casino, owned by Las Vegas Sands.

Steve Wynn didn't give details at the potential move of his base from Las Vegas to Macau, however the very consideration of it indicates that Las Vegas will have to be satisfied as number two at the list of gambling cities across the globe.
