Robert Mizrachi Wins 2016 World Series of Poker $10,000 Seven Card Stud ChampionshipNO Deposit bonus $43

Robert Mizrachi has won the 2016 World Series of Poker $10,000 seven card stud championship, defeating a field of 87 players to win his fourth WSOP gold bracelet and the $242,662 first-place prize. This was the third year in a row that Mizrachi has won a WSOP title, having taken down the 2014 $1,500 dealer’s choice event and the 2015 $1,500 Omaha eight-or-better event.

“This one was very exciting because it’s an overly prestigious game,” Mizrachi told WSOP reporters afterwards. “This game was played a protracted time, so it’s very satisfying to win this type of prestigious tournament.”

Mizrachi came into the overall day because the chip leader a few of the six remaining players. He had a lot of tough competition to cope with including David Benyamine (6th – $39,611), six-time bracelet winner Ted Forrest (4th – $72,971) and three-time bracelet winner George Danzer (3rd – $103,230).

In the tip it came all the way down to a heads-up battle between Mizrachi and Matt Grapenthien, who won this same tournament in 2014 and was seeking to capture his second gold bracelet. Mizrachi began the general showdown with the lead, but play continued for greater than three hours with quite a lot of swings before without equal hand arose.

Matt GrapenthienGrapenthien brought it in for 20,000 with the 4Club Suit and Mizrachi completed to 60,000 with the 9Heart Suit. Grapenthien raised to 120,000 and Mizrachi made it three bets to head. Grapenthien called and fourth street brought him the 2Club Suit and Mizrachi the 6Club Suit. Mizrachi bet and Grapenthien called. Fifth street gave Grapenthien the 9Spade Suit and Mizrachi the ASpade Suit. Again Mizhrachi bet and Grapenthien called. Sixth street gave Grapenthien the QClub Suit and Mizrachi the 8Spade Suit.

Mizrachi bet again and Grapenthien raised,, putting himself all in. Mizrachi quickly called and revealed his hole cards of ADiamond SuitAClub Suit for trips. Grapenthien was drawing dead along with his 4Heart Suit3Spade Suit.

Grapenthien earned $149,976 because the runner up while Mizrachi secured the title and his fourth gold bracelet.
