It's funny how the small things in life can have such a big effect on someone.
For Huang it was a simple ride in a taxi and a single conversation with the inspiring 55-year old driver who had taught himself English while supporting a family so he could achieve his dream of writing a Novel.
It put some things in Bryan's life into perspective and reminded him what hard work is.
Huang felt compelled to write a blog about the small life-changing moment which you can read here, but we also asked him about it during one of the breaks on Day 3 of the Aussie Millions Main Event.
"It was really, really inspiring to me," Huang tells us.
"The thing is, sometimes a lot of us get comfortable in our routines and get so comfortable that we forget why we need to work so hard and forgot why we do the things we want to do."
Huang probably never thought that getting in a taxi would have an effect on him several months later, but as we near the bubble of the Main Event, he seems have a cool head and a healthy perspective on thinking about being eliminated before the money.
"I think everyone gets upset about bubbling, but the most important thing is to see if there is a lesson you can take home from the experience."
So what would Huang do if he bubbled the Aussie Millions Main Event today?
"The first thing I would do is seek assurance from players that might be better than me and find if there is something I should have done differently."
"And then it's important to just move on and move forward and keep doing your best."
It's all business and focus at the tables today for Huang, but he also understands the importance of letting your hair down a little in tense situations.
Take last night for example, Huang enjoyed a few drinks at the 'Welcome Party'.
Huang's also not shy about enjoying great restaurants here in Melbourne.
Maybe even enjoying them a little too much.
"I had a weight loss bet before I came here and lost like 10kg, but then the moment I land in Melbourne I put on 4kg."
"So thank you very much Melbourne!"
Indulging in restaurants this week, however, did give Huang a moment to remember and something which has been a highlight of his poker trip.
"I was so excited seeing Maria Sharapova, Thomas Berdych and Grigor Dimitrov at dinner. I wanted to get a picture and say hello, but I was too nervous and star struck."
All three of these Tennis superstars hasve been running deep in the Australian Open.
Huang is running deep in the Aussie Millions.
It's not an exact science, but it seems like this restaurant is the common denominator.
Either that, or Huang is simply more focused than ever after an unassuming ride in a taxi.
