Online casino advocate Bryan Bailey, known in all places as Casinomeister, has issues a “Rouge Warning” for the Pamper Casino. Apparently they're using stolen software from Net Entertainment, Bailey reported, and that the positioning is notorious for poor customer service, or slow pay, or other bad behaviors.
The report goes directly to say that Bailey “…was surprised that this no pay rogue casino was still active…. I ASSUMED that no-one could be stupid enough to play they. But I USED TO BE wrong… In the event that they are using stolen games, what do you thing they're using for a game server? Pamper Casino is unregulated, located in Costa Rica that is the mecca of crabby cowboy-town casinos, they're about as rogue as you will get. ”
