Jon Honeycutt Calls His Shot and Finishes the Deal to Win Run It Up Reno Five-Card PLO | PokerNews
With two tables left within the $125 Six-Max Five-Card Pot-Limit Omaha event at Run It Up Reno, Jon Honeycutt was the chip leader with 168,000 at blinds of 2,000/5,000. He declared at that time that he was going to win the tournament, and that is the reason exactly what he did, topping the 100-player field for $2,800.

Honeycutt had Swift dead with the nut straight and a diamond redraw, and he hit that flush at the river for good measure. The trophy Honeycutt had prophesied he would win was indeed his.
