Bryn Kenney Leads 2016 PCA $100,000 Super High Roller Final Table

Bryn KenneyA total of 44 players generated 58 entries in the 2016 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure $100,000 eight-max no-limit hold’em super high roller event, building a total prize pool of $5,626,000. Now only six players remain to battle it out out for the title and the first-place prize of $1,687,800.

The chip leader heading into the final table is Bryn Kenney with 3,820,000. Kenney has already final tabled this very event twice in his career, the past two years in fact. He finished third both times, earning $323,730 in 2014 and $873,880 last year. He’ll be looking to improve on those finishes this year.

Only the top eight players made the money in this event. Nick Petrangelo was the unfortunate bubble boy, running pocket tens into the pocket kings of reigning World Series of Poker main event champion Joseph McKeehen. He failed to improve and hit the rail in ninth place. Texas businesswoman Kathy Lehne was the first player eliminated in the money. The 54-year-old oil industry CEO from Houston finished eighth for $225,040. Daniel Dvoress elimination in seventh place earned him $286,920 and set up the final six for the last day of this event.

EPT Live will be broadcasting the final table live (on a 1-hour delay) with hole cards starting at 2:00 PM EST. Fans can check out the action on PokerStars.tv.
